Pizza #2

Aimee F. gave me this recipe:

Put warm water in a jug or mug w/ yeast and sugar
and let it get all frothy, then mix w/ however many cups of flour (and a
little salt) to make the consistency slimy doughlike. Add a little olive
oil and let it rise in a warm place (near stove is good) covered. I usually let it sit in the fridge overnight, but you can
make it directly after it doubles in size...

Even though she didn't give many directions, it always comes out good and has a hard, flavorful crust.

Presidential Mission Statement

As President, I would provide the citizens of the USA with an approach and a model for everyday eating that will allow our country's national cuisine to evolve beyond junk food, take-out and pre-packaged food without going too far and becoming heartlessly, standoffishly gourmet.

Since I'm not currently president, I've compiled my favorite recipes on this site so I can access them remotely and keep track of them over the years.
